Recruitment and Screening process for our Nannies:

Requirements:

18 years of age or older

High school diploma or GED

Have their own dependable means of transportation to and from work

Minimum 3 years of childcare experience

Infant/ child CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to get certified.

 

Screening process:

1 Submit application

2 Submit resume

3 Phone interview

4 In person interview

5 Check references

6 Background screening (State and County records)

7 Driving record

8 Sexual misconduct record

9 CPR/First Aid Certification

10 Social Security verification

11 7 year residency history

12 Drug screening upon request

13 TrustLine Registration
